    Customer Service & Support Representative (CSS)

    Role Summary:

    • The CSS Representative will manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
    • They will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team, fostering excellent customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the Tech Team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, logging all interactions and resolutions.
    • Actively seek customer feedback to enhance service delivery and resolve recurring issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
    • Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
    • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Time to hire.
    • Employee engagement scores.
    • Retention rates.
    • Training completion rates.
    • Accuracy of HR reporting and documentation.

    Accountant

    Role Summary:

    • The Accountant will be responsible for managing regional financial operations, including budgeting, procurement, inventory, invoicing, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate financial data management and budget adherence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all regional financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, requisitions, and procurement.
    • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
