    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and other channels
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary

    Freight & Forwarding Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Freight & Forwarding Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive efficiency across all shipping and clearing processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily freight and forwarding operations from shipment initiation to delivery
    • Manage import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
