We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and other channels
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up when necessary
Record, track, and document customer interactions and feedback
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, social media platforms)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
