    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will interact with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person.
    • Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying food orders.
    • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
