    Customer Service Officer

    Position Summary

    • The Customer Service Officer serves as a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the solar energy journey from initial inquiry to post-installation support. 
    • This role involves addressing customer questions, resolving issues, coordinating with technical teams, and maintaining accurate service records. 
    • By providing timely, empathetic, and knowledgeable support, the Customer Service Officer helps build trust, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering reliable and sustainable solar energy solutions.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and professional assistance regarding solar products, services, installations, and billing.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive experience by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs with clarity and empathy.
    • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve service issues, track installation schedules, and follow up on maintenance or support activities.
    • Manage customer accounts and service records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
    • Educate customers on solar energy systems, including how to monitor their system performance, use warranty services, and access after-sales support.
    • Assist with processing service orders, warranty claims, and complaints, ensuring proper escalation of unresolved issues to relevant departments.
    • Support customer engagement initiatives by collecting feedback and helping improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
    • Stay up-to-date on solar energy technologies and company offerings to provide accurate product information and service recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, customer service, renewable energy, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or technical services industry.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
    • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of solar energy systems and components is preferred or willingness to learn quickly.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to listen, analyze customer issues, and coordinate with teams to deliver effective solutions.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused demeanor with a proactive approach to service.
    • Software Skills: Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, MS Office, and basic data entry.
    • Multitasking Abilities: Capable of handling multiple customer inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Technical Project Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our solar energy projects. 
    • You will oversee technical and operational aspects, guide the technical team, and drive innovation in renewable energy.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the technical team to ensure cohesive execution of solar energy projects. This includes fostering a collaborative environment between departments, encouraging open communication, and promoting teamwork to achieve shared goals. You also clearly define the roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member to establish accountability and alignment with project objectives.
    • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and carefully structured budgets that support the successful execution of projects.     • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, codes, and environmental standards. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including technical drawings, reports, safety logs, and regulatory submissions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
    • 5+ years of practical experience in the solar energy sector
    • Proven project management experience
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

    Technical Support Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The technical support engineer will perform site-specific engineering analysis or evaluation of energy efficiency and solar projects involving residential, commercial, or industrial customers, applying knowledge of structural energy requirements, local climates, solar technology. 
    • S/he will also resolve on-site customer complaints to ensure smooth running of solar systems.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Assess and resolve technical issues during both design, implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure timely and effective project delivery and maintenance.
    • Conduct site audits to gather structural, electrical, and environmental data necessary for system design and feasibility assessments.
    • Assist in designing solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance requirements.
    • Support installation teams by providing on-site technical guidance during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of solar energy projects.
    • Create detailed electrical diagrams and design layouts using CAD software to support accurate system implementation and regulatory approval.
    • Collect and analyze project site data to inform system design, identify potential challenges, and optimize system performance.
    • Prepare comprehensive work plans and technical designs, including documentation required for permitting, procurement, and installation.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
    • 2+ years’ experience in solar energy installations and maintenance.
    • Proficient knowledge of solar energy systems and thermodynamics.
    • Familiarity with CAD software and design tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
