    Customer Experience Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Building long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
    • Schedule regular follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied
    • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
    • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
    • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineers, senior management etc) to address customers’ needs.
    • Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills
    • Oversee the restructuring of the organization into a customer-focused establishment
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance related services.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Experience role, of which 3 should be a managerial position
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Good team player and pays attention to details.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects
    • Background in customer service; industry knowledge (Real Estate) is essential.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

    Town Planner

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan the construction of new housing or buildings, help protect the environment, and suggest zoning regulations for company landed properties
    • Design, promote and administer government plans and policies affecting land use, zoning, public utilities, community facilities, housing, and transportation
    • Assess the feasibility of proposals and identify necessary changes
    • Create, prepare, or requisition graphic and narrative reports on land use data, including land area maps overlaid with geographic variables such as population density
    • Advise management an project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, regulatory conformance, and possible alternatives
    • Conduct field investigations, surveys, impact studies or other research in order to compile and analyze data on economic, social, regulatory and physical factors affecting land use
    • Advise on land use projects such as transportation, conservation, residential, commercial, industrial, and community use.
    • Understand all the regulations and codes regarding building and environmental protection.

    Qualifications

    • Mininum of 5 years Post Nysc experience inTown & Regional Planning
    • Master's Degree is an added advantage
    • Membership of Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP) or any related professional body
    • Computer literate.
    • Ability to create and carry out plans for development
    • Must be proficient in the use of Software such as Auto Cad and GIS

    Legal Officer

    Job Brief

    • We are searching for a Legal Officer whose role will oversee the legal aspects of our business, ensure the company strictly follows Nigerian law guidelines, and give legal advice to management and clients about all relevant issues.

    General Duties

    • Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements, briefs, notices, circulars, correspondence, orders, reports and other legal forms from individuals, companies, government or third parties, as requested, including all our sites.
    • Checks documents or papers for compliance and correction.
    • Read and prepare contracts/agreements and send necessary comments to Corporate Affairs within 12 hours
    • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
    • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
    • Work with the Accounts department on statutory documentation.
    • Work with relationship officers on clients’ management, documentations including drafting of Contract Agreements for all our sites and any other sites as instructed.
    • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights, as soon as the agreement/contract has been established.
    • Come up with staff meeting agenda and assist the Real Estate team in event planning as directed.
    • Register land and/or property documents with government parastatals such as Lands Bureau, Physical Planning and Urban Development (PPUD).
    • Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements, briefs, notices, circulars, correspondence, orders, reports and other legal forms from individuals, companies, government or third parties, as requested, including all our sites.
    • Attend to land issues such as drafting of the contract of sale, assignments, memorandum of understanding, etc.
    • Submit weekly/quarterly reports on targets achieved and an appraisal report to the corporate affairs manager.

    Requirements

    • LL.B Degree or related field.
    • 3-5 years experience post-NYSC.
    • Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
    • A clear focus on results.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and negotiation skills.
    • Membership at The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
