    Customer Experience Lead

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to design, drive, and optimize customer and guest experiences across all business units.
    • The role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality, and brand-aligned service while improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • ⁠Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) is required.
    • ⁠Minimum of 10 years experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting standards.
    • ⁠Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • ⁠High integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
    • ⁠Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or equivalent).
    • ⁠Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
