    Customer Service Responsibilities list:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

    Video Presenter

    Description

    • We seek an eloquent and elegant young lady to be our Video Presenter. Her primary role will be to appear in all our promotional videos and materials marketing our available properties.

    Responsibilities
    The Video Presenter will be primarily responsible for the following:

    • Create photography and videography content
    • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
    • Anchor interviews
    • Create Youtube video content
    • Advise on script or content for production
    • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of critical groups served by their organization
    • Anchor workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
    • Go out with the team for pitches and video coverage
    • Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
