DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES        

• Develop, Implement and monitor marketing/sales Scheme.   
• Will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, researching and analyzing sales option.         
• Responsible for achieving sales target.      
• Ensure adequate follow-up with clients after sales/marketing.  
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and conferences.            

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE    

• Bachelor degree or its equivalent in Marketing with a minimum of  4 years marketing experience in real estate company or any reputable company.
• Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.      
• Strong written and oral communication in English.    
• Efficient marketing strategies / skills.      
• Knowledge of property laws is an added advantage.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBLITIES     

• Ensure that buildings are designed and built to the project specifications and budget of the company.        
• Achieve project objectives and deliver projects on schedule.  
• Oversee and maintain on-going building constructions.    
• Plan and direct activities of personnel at site.
• Schedule duties and assign equipment and material to conduct required maintenance and construction.       
• Consult with Architects on building layouts.       
• Ensure efficient management of buildings while supervising and coordinating the works of contractors on site.        
• Keep record of activities linked to the operation and management of the facilities/ buildings.                             

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE   

• Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in building engineering with a minimum of 5 years extensive experience  in building.     
• Proactive and responsive to project needs.
