    Credit & Leasing Officer

    Position Description

    • Meeting loan applicants to obtain personal and financial information, describing the types and terms of loans to applicants, verify applicants’ credit scores and incomes, evaluating applicants’ financial circumstances to determine if the applicant qualifies for a loan and approving or denying loan applications. This position will also involve direct telephone and outdoor sales.
    • Examine the financial statements and other credit-related information of businesses to assess the risk involved in lending money. Determine for a potential partnership or buy-out, or research regarding the issue of new bonds.
    • Meeting leasing applicants (corporate and individual) to generate lease business for the company

    Core Duties

    • Meet with applicants to obtain information for credit and leasing applications and to answer questions about the process.
    • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
    • Obtain and compile copies of loan/lease applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
    • Review and update credit and leasing files.
    • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
    • Compute payment schedules.
    • Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers’ needs.
    • Handle Customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
    • Work with Clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
    • Negotiate payment arrangement with customers who have delinquent loans.
    • Market company products to individuals and firms, promoting Company services that may meet customers’ needs.
    • Provide special services such as investment banking for clients with more specialized needs.
    • Analyze potential loan/lease markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.
    • Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for Collector action.
    • Handling of insurance and registration/renewal on lease assets.
    • Marketing all of the products of the Company to corporate organizations and individuals.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree, or HND Holder or its equivalent
    • Degree in Accountancy is an added advantage
    • Certifications added advantage.
    • 5 years hands-on experience required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Have a flexible approach and the ability to make decisions quickly.

    Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    • Keep the business abreast of any regulatory developments and industry best practices and assessing the impact on current procedures, as well as ensuring that necessary changes are implemented
    • Develop and implement an Annual Compliance plan.
    • Liaise with Industry Regulators and other agencies and respond to regulatory enquires, findings and deficiencies.
    • Carry out Compliance reviews and Compliance monitoring activities.
    • Monitor the resolution of Clients’ complaints.

    Requirements

    • A general knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Capital market.
    • General familiarity with laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of the legislation, rules and regulations which relates to financial services, especially Nigerian Capital Market.

    Credit Officer

    Job Description

    • Analyze potential loan and lease markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans and leases
    • Marketing of group and company products (Credits, Investments, Stockbroking and BDC) to individuals and firms, promoting Company services that may meet customers’ needs.
    • Writing of Credit memos on prospective client and getting transaction approvals.

    Requirements

    • Educational qualification should be minimum of B.sc with requisite experience generally in the Nigerian Financial Services industry (and particularly Ibadan/SW) by virtue of work/career trajectory to date. Candidates with work experience in Finance Companies, Micro Finance Banks, Commercial Banks (as DSAs) etc are preferred.
    • Candidate should be versed in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and usage of same for preparation of management report.
    • Good networking, oral and written communications skills are very key to success.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision and to come up with initiatives/idea for meeting of set targets

    3D Executive (3D Studio Max)

    Job Purpose

    • Revitalise, restore and conserve old concept, and develop new ideas which also involves building project / product from the earliest stages right through to completion using 3D studio max.

    Job Duties

    • Develop high quality and cutting edge 3D arts.
    • Animate characters and objects for 3D arts.
    • Utilize 3D modeling, mapping, texturing, lighting techniques etc. to create visual elements.
    • Attend team meetings to discuss art related issues, work progress, etc.
    • Review 3D arts and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Optimize 3D arts for creating realistic environment.
    • Create 3D models from photos and real-world objects.
    • Troubleshoot problems on reintegration of outsourced assets into the 3D arts.
    • Develop high poly sculpts and textures for 3Darts.
    • Create 3D assets for arts and models.
    • Ensure to meet high artwork standards.
    • Discuss with team members on any problems regarding the needs of the project.
    • Understand the project requirements and develop high quality 3D models accordingly.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Art related field plus knowledge of 3D Studio Max
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience using 3D Studio Max
    • Experience using 3d studio max is required

    Frontend Developer - UI / UX Designer

    Requirements

    • Minimum educational qualification of HND / B.Sc
    • 2 - 3 years work experience as a frontend developer in a corporate environment using Figma.
    • Experience using Figma is mandatory.

    Other Requirements and Knowledge:

    • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
    • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
