    Corporate Sales Manager

    About the Role

    • Our client seeks a highly experienced and target-driven Corporate Sales Manager to focus on Institutional and Project Sales within the building materials sector. Based in Abuja, this role is critical for securing major real estate projects and building strong relationships with top industry stakeholders across Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate will be a sales leader responsible for meeting ambitious sales targets and driving market share growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials.
    • Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business.
    • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders.
    • Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
    • Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team.

    Sales Manager (Cosmetics & Perfumes)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our cosmetics and perfumes business across Lagos and surrounding regions.
    • The ideal candidate will be a local Nigerian national with a strong understanding of channel distribution and a successful track record in traditional and modern trade sales within the FMCG non-food sector.
    • You will be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding distribution networks, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, particularly in Trade Fair, Balogun Market, Alaba International Market, and other major commercial hubs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in Lagos and nearby markets.
    • Manage and grow distribution channels across traditional trade (open markets, wholesalers, retail outlets) and modern trade (supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacy chains).
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the cosmetics and perfumes segment.
    • Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and retail partners in target markets.
    • Oversee and support field sales teams in route planning, territory management, and sales execution.

    Merchandisers Supervisor - Modern Trade

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Merchandisers Supervisor to manage and coordinate a team of merchandisers across modern trade outlets.
    • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG merchandising, a strong understanding of product display standards, and a good knowledge of stock rotation principles (FIFO).
    • The role requires someone with solid analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, as well as a keen eye on competitor activities.
