    Copywriter

    Core Purpose of the Job:

    • This role will manage all facets of content creation. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and overseeing content production.
    • You will also play a critical role in ensuring that product, promotional, and informational content is presented in an effective manner, in line with brand guidelines.

    Key Performance Areas:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives
    • Collaborate with art director, product, and retail to assess project needs and help with messaging
    • Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms, and marketing collateral which include print and video
    • Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention
    • Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met
    • Managing relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers
    • Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content
    • Develop and implement brand guidelines
    • Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
    • See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment
    • Additional Roles Based on unique location within Organisation Structure (i.e. Division / Department):

    Key Interfaces:

    • Internal Customers: Internal Stakeholders - Retail, Product, Technology
    • External Customers: Vendors and suppliers

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 5years’ experience in content marketing or copywriting  

    Academic Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications

    Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes):

    • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
    • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
    • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
    • Excellent portfolio of work

    Art Director

    Core Purpose of the Job:

    • This role requires a hands-on creator and creative visionary who can take art direction and asset creation to the next level with a deep understanding of visual communication and storytelling.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs creative assets from beginning to end within established guidelines specific to the brand's intended style and tone
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent and integrated brand perception and to support the best ideas come to life
    • Localize marketing material for various markets based on research and translate into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
    • Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books
    • Produce sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas as needed
    • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
    • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
    • Understanding user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities and translating them into innovative product solutions.
    • Present completed ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders
    • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

    • Key suppliers:  vendors and suppliers

    Work Experience:  

    • 5 years minimum relevant experience designing brand identities, concepts, campaigns, etc

    Academic Qualification:

    • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the design field

    Professional Qualification:

    • Relevant certifications for an Art Director

    The ideal candidate must possess:

    • Have a broad understanding of global art and visual trends, particularly in the retail fintech space.
    • Strong creative design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.
    • An impressive creative portfolio that clearly shows knowledge and execution of good design, strong, polished aesthetic, meticulous sense of detail, and knowledge of layouts, grids, graphic fundamentals, proportion, perspective, composition, typography, colour theory, print, and online concepts.
    • Ability to bring unique, thoughtful insights into concepts based on research and data.
    • The ability to take creative direction, adapt on the fly, and refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
    • The ability to be well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the capability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design within required deadlines.
    • Exceptional knowledge of design and production software including Adobe Suite and others
    • Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction.
    • Strong communication, design, and creative thinking skills.
