Responsibilities

• Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
• Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
• Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
• Train new kitchen staff

Requirements

• SSCE holder with a minimum of 2 years working experience
• NCE/OND/HND/BSc holder in Home economics/food technology or any other related discipline
• Ability to work in a hotel environment.

Job Responsibilties

• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.

• Candidates should be an SSCE holder, with or without experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy.
• Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
• Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
• Manage inventory to meet financial goals and provide leadership to hotel staff members when required.
• Create a memorable customer experience by delivering on guest expectations while exceeding them.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as Manager in an hindustry.0y industry.
