    Content Producer (Videography & Photography)

    Role Overview

    • The Content Producer will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, responsible for producing high-quality visual content that highlights properties, client experiences, and brand milestones.
    • This role requires a creative professional who can capture the essence of real estate living, craft engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling across platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Property Showcasing: Capture stunning photos and videos of our properties to highlight their features, ambience, and lifestyle appeal.
    • Marketing Content Creation: Produce visually compelling content (short-form videos, reels, lifestyle shoots, tours) tailored for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
    • Event & Brand Documentation: Cover company events, client engagements, and project milestones through photography and videography.
    • Storyboarding & Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to conceptualize and execute content ideas that align with brand objectives.
    • Editing & Production: Edit raw footage and photos into polished, professional assets optimized for different platforms.
    • Digital Asset Management: Maintain a structured library of multimedia files for easy team access and reuse.
    • Equipment Care: Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safe storage of cameras, lighting, drones, and other gear.
    • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of real estate and digital marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas for visual storytelling.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Strong portfolio of real estate, property, lifestyle, or commercial photography/videography.
    • Proficiency in professional cameras, mobile photography, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
    • Skilledin Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
    • Proven ability to create engaging short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
    • Excellent eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling — especially in real estate or lifestyle contexts.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) for property shoots or events.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, architecture, or hospitality photography/videography.
    • Passion for blending creativity with commercial goals (sales-driven storytelling).

    Facility Maintenance Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quick and timely resolution of all facility maintenance issues across Abodes Lagos’ managed properties.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, handling all maintenance issues such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, TV and Internet Subscription issues, etc.
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate proactiveness, sensitivity to time-bound tasks, and excellent vendor management skills.

    Key Responsibilities
    Facility Maintenance:

    • Spearhead the resolution of maintenance issues within set timelines.
    • Respond appropriately to facility malfunctions and emergencies
    • Coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks & inspections to ensure all apartments meet operational standards.
    • Liaise with team members and make sure all repairs are attended to promptly.
    • Liaise with the Housekeepers to make sure all apartments are cleaned between check-outs and check-ins.
    • Reviewing utility consumption and striving to minimise costs

    Emergency Response:

    • Act as the first point of contact for all emergency maintenance needs.
    • Develop and implement quick-response protocols for urgent issues.

    Vendor and Artisan Management:

    • Outsourcing artisans to deal with Maintenance issues that cannot be completed in-house
    • Source, vet, and onboard reliable vendors and artisans for all types of maintenance issues (e.g., electricians, plumbers, cleaners, etc.).
    • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Monitor facility conditions to identify potential issues before they arise.
    • Liaise with Housekeepers to promptly spot and resolve maintenance issues.
    • Generate payment requisitions for maintenance and repair operations
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all apartments.
    • Recommend cost-effective solutions for maintenance operations.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain records of damage reports, maintenance schedules, vendor payments, and resolved issues.
    • Provide periodic (daily/weekly/ongoing) reports on maintenance activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in hospitality (shortlet, hotel, or facility) maintenance management.
    • Proactiveness, strong organizational skills, and sensitivity to time-bound issues.
    • Familiarity with maintenance processes, vendor sourcing, and issue resolution.
    • Ability to work under pressure,
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiating skills
    • Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

    What We Offer

    • Monthly salary: N120,000 – N150,000.
