    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Content Creator to be producing engaging and informative content for various digital platforms - writing, editing, and potentially creating visual or audio content to connect with a target audience and support marketing goals.Analyze content performance, manages content calendars, and ensures consistency with the brand voice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Developing various forms of content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, video scripts, and potentially graphics or other visual elements.
    • Content Management: Managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring content is published on time and across relevant platforms.
    • Content Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the brand voice.
    • Content Optimization: Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitoring content performance metrics, analyzing data, and making adjustments to improve engagement and effectiveness.
    • Collaboration: Working with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing strategies.
    • Trend Awareness: Staying up-to-date on current trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all content reflects the brand's voice and messaging.
    • Audience Engagement: Interacting with audiences on social media and other platforms, responding to comments and messages.
    • Research industry-related topics
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
    • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
    • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
    • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
    • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
    • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
    • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
    • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
    • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
    • Update our websites as needed

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong writing and communication skills: Excellent grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms.
    • Content creation skills: Experience with various content formats (text, video, audio, graphics)
    • Content management system (CMS) experience: Familiarity with platforms like WordPress or others used for content publishing.
    • SEO knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
    • Social media expertise: Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platforms.
    • Data analysis skills: Ability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaboration and teamwork skills: Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a team environment.
    • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    Requirements and Skills

    • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a Content Creator,Copywriter or similar role
    • Portfolio of published articles
    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
    • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
    • Time-management skills
    • Familiarity with SEO

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

    Assistant Lawyer

    Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Company Lawyer whose job roles includesproviding legal guidance and support to businesses, ensure legal compliance, manage risk, and handle various legal matters related to the company's operations.
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing Legal Advice: offer guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including contract law, corporate governance, securities law, and regulatory compliance.
    • Drafting and Reviewing Documents: prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure they are legally sound and protect the company's interests.
    • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: negotiate contracts and agreements with other parties and represent the company in legal disputes, either through negotiation or litigation.
    • Mergers and Acquisitions: handle crucial role in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and drafting relevant documents.
    • Regulatory Compliance: ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, both at the local, state, federal, and international levels.
    • Risk Management: advise the company on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Corporate Governance: establish and maintain the company's governance framework, ensuring transparency and ethical conduct.
    • Intellectual Property: advise on matters related to intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and patents, and help protect the company's intellectual assets.
    • Managing Legal Operations: manage all legal operations and procedures, including maintaining records and documentation related to legal matters.
    • Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
    • Develop company policy and position on legal issues
    • Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
    • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
    • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
    • Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
    • Draft and administer all contracts
    • Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law
    • Proven comparable law firm experience
    • Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)
    • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
    • Administrative and managerial skills
    • Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
    • Computer skills
    • Current licence to practise law.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 / month
