About the Job

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence, connects with our audience, and supports business growth.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and experienced in creating high-quality content across multiple formats, including videos, graphics, photography, social media content, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and edit short-form videos, reels, graphics, banners, and other visual content.
• Capture and produce photo and video content for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Write compelling captions, marketing copy, and storytelling content aligned with the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and creative campaign ideas.
• Support employer branding initiatives by creating content that showcases company culture and workplace experiences.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or multimedia production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, graphic design, photography, and written content.
• Proficiency in video editing, photography, copywriting, and social media content creation.
• Experience creating content for multiple digital platforms.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and digital marketing practices.
• Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
