We are seeking a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence, connects with our audience, and supports business growth.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and experienced in creating high-quality content across multiple formats, including videos, graphics, photography, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop and edit short-form videos, reels, graphics, banners, and other visual content.
Capture and produce photo and video content for campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
Write compelling captions, marketing copy, and storytelling content aligned with the brand voice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and creative campaign ideas.
Support employer branding initiatives by creating content that showcases company culture and workplace experiences.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or multimedia production.
Strong portfolio showcasing video, graphic design, photography, and written content.
Proficiency in video editing, photography, copywriting, and social media content creation.
Experience creating content for multiple digital platforms.
Knowledge of basic SEO principles and digital marketing practices.
Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar platforms.
Experience using AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
Strong creativity, storytelling, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
