    Construction Coordinator

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Coordinate day-to-day construction activities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution of project work.
    • Coordinate activities between Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Materials, Commissioning, and other project disciplines.
    • Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, work packs, schedules, and construction procedures to support effective field execution.
    • Monitor construction progress against approved project schedules and identify delays, constraints, and potential schedule impacts.
    • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure construction activities are properly planned and executed.
    • Ensure required manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and work fronts are available before construction activities commence.
    • Coordinate construction interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and other disciplines.
    • Monitor contractor performance, productivity, resource utilization, and compliance with project requirements.
    • Facilitate daily and weekly construction coordination meetings and track agreed actions to completion.
    • Coordinate site access, work permits, work fronts, temporary facilities, logistics, and other requirements necessary for construction execution.
    • Review construction work packs and ensure activities are properly sequenced and coordinated with other disciplines.
    • Monitor field changes, technical queries, requests for information, and construction-related engineering clarifications.
    • Coordinate with Engineering to resolve drawing discrepancies, constructability issues, design changes, and site technical queries.
    • Ensure construction activities comply with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, specifications, and applicable standards.
    • Coordinate inspections, testing, punch-list activities, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and system handover.
    • Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with approved Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and HSE procedures.
    • Monitor SIMOPS and construction interfaces to minimize operational and safety risks.
    • Track construction deliverables, outstanding work, punch items, and close-out activities.
    • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of construction status, manpower, materials, equipment, work progress, constraints, and outstanding actions.
    • Support progress measurement and provide verified field information to the Planning and Cost Control teams.
    • Identify potential risks to cost, schedule, quality, and safety and escalate them to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
    • Coordinate resolution of site issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed timeframes.
    • Support project close-out by coordinating completion documentation, as-built information, inspection records, test certificates, and handover dossiers.
    • Promote effective communication, teamwork, quality workmanship, and safe construction practices across all project teams.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Typically 7–10 years of relevant construction/project experience, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, marine, or major industrial projects.
    • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities and contractor interfaces.
    • Good knowledge of construction planning, execution, progress monitoring, and project coordination.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, construction schedules, method statements, and work packs.
    • Experience coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation activities is an advantage.

    Site Construction Supervisor

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide field-based technical support for the safe and efficient execution of wellbore construction activities.
    • Supervise and monitor drilling operations in accordance with approved drilling programs, well designs, procedures, and company standards.

    Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Develop, review, and approve mechanical engineering designs for oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
    • Prepare mechanical design calculations, equipment specifications, datasheets, layouts, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.
    • Design and engineer mechanical systems, equipment, piping interfaces, and associated facilities based on approved project specifications and applicable codes and standards.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Identify opportunities to optimize drilling performance, reduce non-productive time, improve wellbore quality, and minimize operational risks.
    • Provide technical support during well suspension, temporary abandonment, completion, and final well handover activities.
    • Participate in post-well reviews and provide recommendations for improving future well construction programs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Well Construction Manager or Drilling Superintendent.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Typically 7–10 years of relevant oil & gas well construction or drilling experience, preferably with significant field-based experience.
    • Proven experience supporting or supervising drilling and well construction operations, preferably on offshore, deepwater, or complex wells.
    • Strong knowledge of drilling engineering principles, wellbore construction, casing and cementing, well control, and well integrity.
    • Experience working with drilling contractors, directional drilling, MWD/LWD, mud engineering, cementing, wireline, and other well services.
    • Ability to interpret drilling programs, well schematics, casing designs, cementing programs, BHA designs, and drilling reports.
    • Knowledge of well control standards and practices, including IWCF or IADC certification where required.
    • Familiarity with applicable API, ISO, IADC, IWCF, and company well construction standards.
    • Strong understanding of HSE, risk management, PTW, SIMOPS, and offshore/field operating requirements.
    • Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant drilling/well engineering software or real-time well monitoring systems.
