    Complaints & Dispute Resolution Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Complaints & Dispute Resolution Officer is required to have a thorough understanding of Nigerian Capital Market rules and regulations, dispute resolution and case management, company secretarial services as well as a strong Legal background, including stellar academic credentials.

    Responsibilities

    • Resolve investor complaints in line with Security & Exchange Commission (SEC) rules relating to Complaints Management Framework of the Nigerian Capital Market and the NGX Regulations Rules and Regulations governing Trading License Holders.
    • Prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, notices and other applications for resolution of investors’ complaints.
    • Develop strategies for amicable resolution of all complaints/disputes.
    • Prepare legal opinions for all complaints that are referred to the All Parties Secretariat.

    Assistant General Manager, Oilfield Supply Services (OSS)

    Job Overview

    • The Assistant General Manager has the day-to-day responsibility for planning, coordinating, and improving the business performance of the Oilfield Supply Services Business Unit in line with the company's strategic goals.
    • The business unit provides oil field equipment supply, field operation maintenance support and full range of supply chain management services to the IOCS and several independent oil and gas companies in Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing the business growth plan, managing, and improving the capacity of the department staff, strengthening relationships with our various OEMs and growing the list of partner OEMs, managing clientele and acquiring new businesses.
