    Compensation & Benefit Officer

    Job Summary
    Who are we looking for:

    • We are currently sourcing for candidates to be recruited as Human Resource Business Partner.
    • The ideal candidate is needed to proactively develop and administer a system that assesses, monitors and manages performance by implementing rewards and benefits policies of the Bank.

    Job Description

    • Ensure all staff salaries details are ready on time so as to effect timely payment
    • Attend to queries raised by staff in respect of salary increments/adjustments
    • Preparation of end of month entries and reporting
    • Render financial advisory services to staff for a good cash flow management
    • Ensure all outstanding indebtedness of ex-staff are fully paid up
    • Researching and analysing competitors’ salaries and benefits
    • Continually monitor peer compensation and recommend appropriate compensation levels and mix, to ensure competitiveness with the need to attract and retain staff
    • Staff Cost monitoring and Adjustments
    • Administer staff mortgage/ Auto loan/leave/ pensions and benefits
    • Remittance of statutory deductions made from staff salaries
    • Making recommendations on changes to pension and insurance schemes
    • Creation of new staff on the payroll software.
    • Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.

    Preferred Skills and Experience / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance.
    • At least 5 years working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
    • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
    • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
    • Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys
    • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
    • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
    • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

    Credit Risk Analytics Officer

    Job Summary
    Who are we looking for:

    • We are currently sourcing for candidates to be recruited as Credit Risk Analytics Officer.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk model development and champion the implementation of regulatory requirements.

    Job Description

    • Development of Model for measuring and monitoring credit risk.
    • Preparation of Monthly Capital Adequacy Report, Monthly IFRS 9 Impairment Report and All Basel Reports as they relate to credit risk.
    • Champion the implementation of Basel II/III and ensure compliance with the requirements of Basel II/III for risk management and capital adequacy regarding the Bank’s total risk exposure.
    • Champion the implementation of IFRS and CBN requirement on Credit Risk
    • Responsible for the preparation of the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) report to the CBN
    • Ensure development and regular review of risk policies to ensure they are updated to reflect emerging and current realities.
    • Taking responsibility for the risk management disclosure in the Annual Financial Statement
    • Monitor ratings models and back testing same

    Preferred Skills and Experience / Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND (Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics) or qualification from any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses.
    • At least 3 years relevant experience in Credit Analytics.
    • Knowledge of Macro-economic environment
    • Highly Numerical
    • Intermediate knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Access
    • Formal writing skills
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Learning & Development Officer

    Job Summary
    Who are we looking for:

    • We are currently sourcing for candidates to be recruited as Human Resource Business Partner.
    • The ideal candidate is needed to promote, design and implement an effective employee training management structure targeted at bridging identified skill gaps amongst members of staff.

    Job Description

    • Plan, design and implement programs to address identified skill gaps.
    • Monitor the implementation of approved training programs.
    • Design tools and templates for measuring the effectiveness of all training programs.
    • Coordinate all training related activities in line with approved and best-in-class standards.
    • Ensuring that programs are implemented in line with the resources committed.
    • Provision of routine training reports showing the effectiveness of implemented training programs and proffering suggestions for improvement.

    Preferred Skills and Experience / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
    • Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential is a plus.
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
    • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
