- Recruit and nurture brand advocates through a structured Champions or Ambassador programme

You will be a hands-on creator — making content that educates, converts, and builds brand love.
- Own the social media calendar and execute across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Design graphics, edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks), write copy, and produce carousels and stories using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe tools
- Humanise the brand through storytelling — impact stories, student wins, behind-the-scenes content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
- Conduct regular competitive and trend analysis to keep content sharp and culturally relevant
Event-Led Marketing
You will represent UstackSchool at the places our audience gathers.
- Represent the brand at campus roadshows, workshops, bootcamps, and demo days
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns — hashtag challenges, giveaways, influencer partnerships, and product launches
- Lead event logistics: venue sourcing, programming, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, and post-event reporting
- Develop lead magnets and nurture sequences that support sales and marketing funnels
Analytics & Reporting
You will track what matters and act on what you find.
- Track and report on engagement rate, community growth, content performance, lead volume, and conversion
- Derive actionable insights from data and use them to iterate continuously
- Demonstrate the ROI of your community and content efforts clearly to leadership

About the Role
- We are looking for a creative, platform-native Social Media Manager to own our brand’s digital presence, drive our content strategy, and create content from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone early in their career who is hungry, camera-ready, and built for the internet.
- Your core mission: build an audience that trusts us, create content that converts, and show up as the face of the brand — through original video, Canva-designed visuals, edited short-form content, and community storytelling.
- You will not just post content. You will own the strategy, appear on camera, design the assets, edit the videos, and drive the growth. If you live on the internet and are not afraid of a lens — this role was built for you.
Who You Are
You are a scrappy, creative self-starter who gets things done without being told twice. You think in content formats, move fast, and genuinely care about the community you are building.
You are:
- Energetic, action-oriented, and deeply platform-native — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X are where you already live
- Comfortable and confident on camera — talking-head, explainer, and lifestyle formats feel natural to you
- A strong writer and visual thinker with a sharp eye for content that stops the scroll
- Hands-on with Canva — you design social graphics, carousels, and branded templates independently
- Skilled at video editing — you cut footage, add captions, sound, and transitions using CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- A strategic thinker — you can own and drive a content strategy, not just execute someone else’s plan
- Data-curious — you check your numbers and change course when something is not working
- Community-first and genuinely empathetic — you care about the people on the other side of the screen
- Organised and reliable in fast-moving, startup environments
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy
This is your strategy to own. You define the direction, not just the calendar.
- Own and drive the end-to-end content strategy — from audience insight and content pillars to channel mix and publishing cadence.
- Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.
- Define and continuously evolve the brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct regular audience research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to keep content sharp and culturally relevant.
- Work closely with leadership, product, and sales to translate company milestones into compelling content stories.
- Surface audience insights, engagement patterns, and behavioural signals to inform the wider marketing strategy.
Content Creation & Production
- You are the creator. You shoot it, design it, edit it, and publish it.
- Appear on camera as the face of the brand — presenting, storytelling, and educating directly to our audience through Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video.
- Design all visual content in Canva — social graphics, carousels, story templates, promotional assets, and branded design elements — to a consistently high standard.
- Edit video content across formats using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools — cutting, captioning, adding music, applying transitions, and optimising for each platform.
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for captions, newsletters, scripts, and campaign assets.
- Shoot lo-fi, authentic video content that feels native and relatable on each platform.
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, reports) into snackable, high-performing social formats.
- Generate and curate social proof — testimonials, UGC, community wins, and success stories.
Social Media Management
- You own the channels. You grow the numbers. You build the presence.
- Own the day-to-day management of all social channels — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to each channel’s algorithm, culture, and audience behaviour.
- Schedule, publish, and engage in real time — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build genuine community.
- Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments and move quickly to capitalise on them.
- Grow follower count, engagement rate, and brand reach with a clear month-on-month improvement mindset.
Community Building & Engagement
- You do not just manage a following — you build a community people genuinely want to belong to.
- Build and manage owned communities across WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, or Circle — designing structured onboarding and activation journeys.
- Plan and execute community engagement programmes: AMAs, challenges, webinars, and brand rituals that deepen loyalty.
- Moderate discussions, respond to queries, and act as the bridge between community members and internal teams.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture brand advocates, super-users, and community champions through a structured programme.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback, translating insights into content and messaging improvements.
Growth & Campaign Support
- Your content feeds the funnel. You think beyond the post.
- Create performance-driven content assets that support awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention goals.
- Support integrated campaigns: product and programme launches, themed activations, giveaways, and influencer or creator partnerships.
- Build lead-generating content assets such as challenges, guides, and community-based nurture touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to ensure content consistently feeds acquisition goals and reduces sales friction.
- Track UTMs, inbound attribution, and content-to-lead signals to demonstrate funnel contribution.
Analytics & Reporting
- You track what matters. You act on what you find. You report with clarity.
- Track and report weekly and monthly on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares, watch time, and community activity.
- Use platform analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and tools such as Google Analytics to measure performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights and continuously iterate on content strategy, formats, and posting cadence.
- Demonstrate clear content ROI and communicate results to leadership in plain language.
