    Client Experience Officer

    Job Purpose

    • To elevate and uphold exceptional service standards by resolving customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints within defined turnaround timelines.
    • The Client Experience Officer acts as the first line of contact, delivering responsive, intelligent, and solutions-oriented support across multiple banking touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities
    Client Engagement & Service Delivery:

    • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the institution for all inquiries, requests, and service-related needs.
    • Acknowledge, document, and resolve client issues using CRM tools and escalate where necessary to relevant teams (KYC, Account Origination, etc.).

    Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure all client touchpoints reflect high professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with internal standards.
    • Reduce turnaround times, eliminate rework, and enhance first-time resolution rates.

    Communication & Client Feedback:

    • Provide proactive and transparent updates on service requests.
    • Contribute to client experience analytics by logging accurate service data and flagging recurring pain points.

    Quality Assurance & Risk Compliance:

    • Maintain adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational risk frameworks.
    • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, advising management on efficiency enhancements.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (Mandatory)
    • 1–2 years in a client-facing role, preferably within banking, fintech, or a customer contact center.
    • Proven experience handling service tickets, emails, or inbound calls.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high-quality service.
    • Emotionally intelligent; maintains composure under pressure.
    • Naturally collaborative with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
    • Respectful of client confidentiality and institutional integrity.

    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertising media and listing services
    • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
    • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
    • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
    • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
    • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers a view of the property before closing deals
    • Act as intermediaries, liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
    • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
    • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
    • Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market
    • Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
    • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
    • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with an interest in property, to convince them, and secure a brokerage deal
    • Maintain contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects
    • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

    Requirements

    • Education and Training: To become a real estate sales executive, you require a Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field. At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management is also necessary to apply for the position.
    • State estate license is required for conducting property sales
    • Negotiation Skills: Real estate sales executives are well-versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain
    • Communication Skills: They are adept at interacting with property sellers, prospective buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate
    • Organisational Skills: They are able to manage several projects and mediate between property buyers and sellers.
