Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant. You will work on a one-to-one basic on variety of tasks related to manager's working life.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
• Ensure food safety, by monitoring food handling, storage and preparation.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from the suppliers.
• Very that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
• Ensure monitoring of raw materials usage, and ensure wastage are also Controlled.
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management
• 3-5 years working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures
• Ability to multitask.
• Candidates must live within the Ringroad axis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking usage, and optimizing stock levels.
• Receiving and storage: Receiving and storing shipments, ensuring proper storage and organization
• Stockroom organization: Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring easy access to items.

• Candidates should have 2 years of working experience

Job Description

• CCTV operators are mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment
• Watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage
• Reporting incidents or suspicious behaviour and contacting the authorities when necessary.
