    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    The flagship SKIN101 CENTER is a full spectrum cosmetic medical and surgical facility with a medical spa, Dermatology clinic and plastic surgery unit all under one roof.

    Our focus is diagnosing and treating cosmetic and non-cosmetic skin conditions in all ages and also improving and enhancing physical appearance. We understand that people want to look as good as they feel and feel as good as they look. SKIN101 brings a unique and holistic approach to looking and feeling good by providing highly individualized and customized plans that utilize a single treatment, or combination of treatments across board from the variety of aesthetic, anti-aging and surgical options available at the facility.

    We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team! As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success. 

    The COO is a crucial member of our senior management team, who reports only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this position, you’ll have to manage and control diverse business operation and function, so we expect you to be a hardworking and inspiring leader.

    To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards.     Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
    • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
    • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
    • Take the lead in expansion activities and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
    • Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
    • Independently investigating and acting on matters related to compliance.
    • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
    • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
    • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Previous working experience as COO for a minimum of 5 years
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
    • In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
    • Hands on experience in strategic planning and business development
    • Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Great communication and presentation skills
    • Problem-solving mindset
    • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
    • Professional certification is a plus
    • Proven experience in risk management

    Front Desk Officer

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
    • The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
    • The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule appointments and workflow between clients and creative staff
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Maintain a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers always
    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).

    Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a related field
    • Must have at least 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role
    • Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Must consistently interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative with co-workers and clients
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • High attention to details and being able to prioritize workload
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
