    Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate all food preparation and presentation.
    • Plan and prepare a diverse, high-quality menu in line with our restaurant's style. 
    • Ensure all meals are made to standard, timely, and in a clean, safe kitchen environment.
    • Innovate new dishes and seasonal specials to attract and retain customers.
    • Uphold hygiene and food safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or lounge setting.
    • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Mininum SSSCE degree is allowed.
    • Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
    • Creative flair with a passion for food presentation and taste.
    • Applicants must be flexible enough on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Proximity to job location is compulsory.

    Accountant

    Major Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.
    • Provide financial insights and forecasting to support business decisions.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation.
    • Monitor budgets and track project expenditures.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Reliable internet connection and a conducive remote working environment
