    Cashier

    Job Summary

    • We're seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our restaurant team.
    • As a Cashier, you'll provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
    • Operate Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and speed.
    • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
    • Provide customers with menus, promotions, and loyalty program information.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
    • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Process take-out and delivery orders.
    • Manage cash handling, including counting change and balancing till.
    • Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: NCE / OND qualification.
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years experience
    • Previous experience as a cashier or in a related role.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.

    Cleaner

    Job Summary

    • Clean and maintain the restaurant's facilities and equipment
    • Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the establishment
    • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and storage spaces
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
    • Empty trash cans and replace liners
    • Clean and maintain equipment, including dishwashers and refrigerators
    • Restock paper products and soap in bathrooms and kitchens
    • Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or it`s equivalent
    • Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role

    Display Attendant

    Job Summary

    • As a Display Attendant, you'll ensure our buffet, pastry, and dessert displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and maintained to our high standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and replenish food displays throughout service
    • Ensure presentation and garnishes meet quality standards
