    Business Development Officer

    Job Details

    • Develop marketing plan for the business and ensure that the plans are implemented to time and budget 
    • Develop customer understanding and relationships.
    • Initiate strategies for maintaining a continuous level of engagement between the organization and its audience. 
    • Employ strategies to create partnerships between the organization and its clients rather than consider the relationship to be merely transitional. 
    • Ensure that there is a mechanism or level of communication in place to guarantee that the customer’s voice, views and concerns will always be heard and addressed. 
    • Other generalized tasks may include product development and distribution, writing of contract, proposals presentations and meeting with potential new clients. 
    • Managing the firm\'s relationship with existing clients (Private and corporate) and initiate and develop new relationships 
    • Liase with and assist finance to ensure that corporate clients remain well within their credit limits. 
    • Enhance the company\'s digital marketing platforms, monitoring activities across the different and relevant social media platforms.
    • Any other assignments as instructed by your supervisor.

    Account Officer

    Accountant/ Finance Officer

    • Maintaining the integrity of the organization’s financial and accounting processes through the exercise of appropriate monitoring and control over the organization’s business processes.
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial accounting process.
    • Daily collation of POS transaction and reconciliation.
    • Work with external Account Consultant.
    • Weekly reconciliation of cash, Bank, transfer and POS transaction of the organization.
    • Primary responsibility for the management of the company’s business and financial planning and budget performance and management functions.
    • Ensuring the company’s accounting procedures conform to international Financial Reporting Standards (FIRS) FRAMEWORK.
    • Responsible for the design and implementation of best in class internal financial controls processes and procedures around all the operations of the company.
    • Primary responsibility for monitoring compliance with all the borrowing customers involving the corporation.
    • Ensure that appropriate financial management and control processes are in place to be achieved through close working relationships with the various centers.
    • Ensuring daily, weekly and Monthly Banking transactions.
    • Act as laisse to Bank account officers in the different banks of the corporation.
    • Create financials for Auditor as at when due and for tax purposes.

    Prepare yearly financial forecast and goals.
