    Business Development Executive

    The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving the Group’s revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market footprint. This is a target-driven role requiring a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset.

    Key Responsibilities 

    Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with the Group’s strategic objectives.

    • Support in the design and execution of business development initiatives, market entry strategies, and revenue expansion projects.
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
    • Manage and grow client accounts while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Source, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
    • Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Drive business deals from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
    • Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
    • Support the Head of Business Development in executing departmental goals and contributing to overall Group performance.

    Requirements

    Strong understanding of financial services, investment products, and market dynamics.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to influence decision-making, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals.
    • Strong research and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze market data and business trends.
    • Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and client networks.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver against set targets.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CIM, CFA, etc.) is an added advantage.
    • 3–5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services, investment, or consulting industry.

    Head Investment Management

    Our client is a leading investment company in Lagos. The Head of Investment Management will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s investment strategy to achieve superior, risk‑adjusted returns. The role provides strategic leadership across the full investment lifecycle origination, evaluation, execution, monitoring, and exit while ensuring strong governance, value creation, and optimal portfolio performance. The position will also lead co‑investment initiatives and special purpose vehicles to drive sustainable shareholder value.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive investment management framework covering origination, due diligence, approval, monitoring, and divestment.
    • Establish clear investment governance structures and decision‑making processes.
    • Ensure all investment activities align with the organization’s strategic goals, capital allocation priorities, and targeted risk‑return profile.
    • Lead investment committee preparations, including investment memoranda and recommendations.
    • Develop and implement portfolio performance management frameworks, including financial and non‑financial KPIs.
    • Conduct quarterly portfolio performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage daily cash positions across the group.

    Requirements
