    Executive Assistant

    Salary: N250,000

    Our client, a Fashion Brand in Lekki is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join the team. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the business. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, providing project tracking and documentation support, contributing to business development efforts, and assisting with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Editing/Drafting Reports. Assist in the preparation, editing, and drafting of reports, presentations, and correspondence. 
    • Ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time. Proofread for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors. 
    • General Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant topics. 
    • Provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 
    • Calendar Management & Scheduling Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls. 
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management. 
    • Project Tracking & Documentation Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. 
    • Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes. 
    • Data Entry Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports as needed. 
    • Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up. 
    • Carry out other responsibilities as required,

    Qualifications 

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools 
    • Ability to conduct research and analyze information 
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

    Education and Experience 

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field 
    • 4+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role preferred.

    Social Media Manager

    Salary: N150,000

    Our client, a fashion brand in Lagos is looking to hire a Social Media Manager & Content creator to join their team.

    Responsibilities 

    • Drive sales on social media
    • Compile & Gather data on social media (that would be added to our mailing list)
    • Drive aggressive marketing awareness on all social Media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Mailchimp)
    • Create and send out informative and intention Newsletters twice a month
    • Compile and gather client’s data both old and existing 
    • Must have an excellent customer service skill digitally 
    • Must respond to every digital sale enquiry and must have mastered the act of converting enquiries into sales
    • Must post a minimum of 2 reels on all social media platforms twice daily 
    • Must send an end of week report on all social media and newsletter pages must be generated and submitted Friday 6pm of every week 
    • You must understand the mood of the brand and work accordingly 
    • Prepare sales report and submit to Brand managers 
    • Come up with content ideas and creations that we need to create on designated content days for orderliness and on time deliverables 
    • Must have good inter-personal skills to be able to interact with potential client online 
    • Must follow through all orders that come through the company’s social media platforms
    • Revive Twitter account for the company and add to schedule for social media posts.
