    Experienced Visa Processing Officer

    JOB PURPOSE

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting unique destinations to the corporate travel space – targeting new business as well as growing an existing portfolio of clients. He/she will create exquisite business relationships that shall translate to business growth and high customer standards in line with the overall strategic plan of the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Relationship Management

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the organization.
    • Proactively update/ advise registered clients on evolving Immigration laws and processes.
    • Conduct regular client feedback survey to ensure clients are satisfied with the organization’s products and services.
    • Schedule regular meetings with clients to maintain cordial and professional working relationship.
    • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
    • Support the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services.
    • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to agreements.
    • Visa Processing and Travel Documentation handling.

    Vet and approve all Clients’ Travel Documents

    • Ensure that all organization’s policies are followed in both written and verbal relations with Clients.
    • Ensure that complimentary messages are sent to Client.
    • Ensure that all Communication with Clients is treated with utmost confidentiality.
    • Assist Clients in filling out online applications.
    • Oversee coaching and advisory services to Clients in preparation for application appointments.

    Administration

    • Execute Clients’ task in alignment with all organizational policies, processes and checklists.
    • Ensure timely submission and collection of client visa application.
    • Submit weekly activity and progress report.
    • Collaborate with internal team (e.g. sales, senior management) to address clients’ needs.
    • Direct potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.
    • Alert the sales team on opportunities for further business within clients.
    • Continually inform clients about other services the organization offers.

    Client Portal Management & Research

    • Examine all Clients’ travel documents and ensure Checklist is ticked appropriately.
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, perform data entry and scan documents.
    • Continually research and be abreast of different Countries’ Visa Application process and requirements.
    • Ensure that Clients’ records and information are kept in the appropriate and allocated Office Cabinet.
    • Assist Research and Social Media Unit with information and professional advice when required.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Proven working experience as an experienced Visa Processing officer with vast experience in work visas, tourist visas, visit visas and study visas.
    • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
    • Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
    • Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.)
    • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
    • Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
    • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field. Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.

    Corporate Business Development Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting unique destinations to the retail travel space – targeting new business as well as growing an existing portfolio of clients. He/she will lead the corporate business development effort in the execution of the corporate business development strategy and corporate management of business relationships that shall translate to business growth and high customer standards in line with the overall strategic plan of the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Manage the planning and execution of marketing activities and strategies for the organization.
    • Keep abreast of market trends.
    • Represent the business of industry events.
    • Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
    • Proactively increase sales by generating new business relationships.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
    • Manage training and development plans for the sales team.
    • Provide reporting intelligence to the business on sales performance.
    • Work closely with the sales team to drive marketing initiatives.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
    • Analyze sales reports for key trends and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities.
    • Reach the revenue and profit targets.

    Product Development Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
    • Drive product launches including working with head of innovation & strategy, business growth executives, corporate business development manager, digital marketing manager, flight reservation & ticketing officer and social media manager.
    • Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
    • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
    • Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
    • Collaborating with Social Media team and Business Growth Team to create product concepts and prototypes.
    • Preparing cost analysis when developing a new product.
    • Presenting new ideas/opportunities to executives.
    • Ensuring every step of the product development process proceeds as planned.
    • Making adjustments to product plans when things aren’t working.
    • Creating marketing campaigns.
    • Actively contribute to the innovation process: brainstorming and ideation sessions, concept development, concept screening, feasibility, and commercialization.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
    • Minimum of 5-10 years as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in travel and tourism industry.
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
    • Experience in product marketing, brand marketing, management consulting, and product management.
    • Strong problem solving skills.
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • User experience (UX and UI) design, Graphic Design, Product development, IT support.
