    Technical Sales Engineer

    Industry: Industrial Equipment / Machinery
    Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000/month

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for our Mining Equipment Division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical systems and a proven track record in industrial or mining equipment sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and manage sales leads in the mining and industrial sectors.
    • Promote and sell company products, providing technical support and presentations to clients.
    • Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
    • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • 3–5 years’ sales experience in industrial or mining equipment.
    • Strong technical understanding and communication skills.
    • Lagos residency preferred.

    Back Office Executive

    Job Summary

    The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting service operations, managing documentation, coordinating with teams and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the spare parts or service industry. Familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning service operations and coordinate with the internal team and customers to maintain service excellence.
    • Prepare and submit quotations for spare parts and service repairs.
    • Generate invoices and ensure timely supply of items to customers.
    • Track and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
    • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Supervisor in line with company guidelines.
    • Documentation: Maintain proper filing of hard and soft copies of reports and other relevant documents as required.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite and related tools)
    • Knowledge of spare parts/service industry processes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
    • Experience with CRM software (preferred)
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision
