Job Description

• A Capsule Filling Operator would be responsible for operating and monitoring capsule filling machines to ensure accurate filling, sealing, and production of capsules according to quality and safety standards, especially in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up capsule filling machines for production runs.
• Load empty capsules and filling materials into the machine correctly.
• Monitor filling accuracy, capsule weight, and machine performance during operation.
• Inspect finished capsules for defects such as underfill, overfill, breakage, or improper locking.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain required production standards.
• Perform routine cleaning of the machine before and after production.
• Record production data, output, and machine downtime.
• Report faults, abnormalities, or maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company safety procedures.
• Minimize material wastage during production.

• A Liquid Filling Operator would beresponsible for operating and monitoring liquid filling machines to ensure accurate filling, sealing, and packaging of liquid products according to production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.

 Responsibilities

• Operate liquid filling machines according to production instructions.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for different bottle or container sizes.
• Load containers, caps, and packaging materials into the production line.
• Monitor filling volume, sealing quality, and machine performance during operation.
• Inspect filled products for leakage, underfill, overfill, or packaging defects.
• Remove defective products and report machine faults immediately.
• Carry out minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Clean and sanitize machines before and after production.
• Record production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures where applicable.
