    Call Verification Officer

    Job Discription

    • The Call Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting outbound verification calls to customers
    • confirming information provided during onboarding and loan application processes
    • ensuring compliance with internal verification standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentation
    • Perform prequalification checks based on defined criteria
    • Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
    • Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls

    Requirements

    • 0-1 year experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Call Centre Operations, Verification, or a related role.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
    • Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs. This is a mandatory requirement.

    Field Collections Officer

    Job Summary 

    • The Field Collections Officer will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan repayments, negotiating repayment arrangements, conducting field investigations, and supporting recovery efforts within assigned locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct field visits to customers with overdue repayments
    • Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements
    • Support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets where necessary
    • Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in loan collections, recovery, or related field is an advantage
    • Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets
    • Familiarity with local routes and communities within assigned locations
    • Must reside in Rivers (Portharcourt) or Lagos (Epe is a preferred location, other areas can be considered).

    Salary

    • N110,000 monthly
    • N20,000 transport allowance

    Phone Collections Officer

    • The Phone Collections Officer will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan obligations, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on payment commitments
    • Educate customers on available payment options
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status

    Requirements

    • 0-1 years experience in collections, customer service, call center, or loan recovery.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Good record-keeping and attention to detail.
    • Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs. This is a mandatory requirement.
