Responsibilities

• Decorate various cakes according to established standards.
• Produce different kinds of icing; whipped cream, buttercream, and cake fillings based on customer preferences.
• Must be able to write beautifully on cakes.
• The ability to work with Fondants to create various designs is a plus.
• Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and decorating equipment.

Requirements

• SSCE qualfication
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Candidates must reside in or around Ajah
• Ability to use various decorating instruments and tools.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work from the office 23 days a month.
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bake various flavors of cake (Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet)
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
• Be a team player.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must reside near or around Lekki
• Minimum of 2-year work experience.
• Must have documented experience in cake baking.
• Should be able to use or learn to use industrial ovens.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Certification from a culinary school is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.
• Working Days: 23 days a month.
