    Cafe Manager

    Job Summary

    • Fitlife Cafe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and team performance.
    • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, be tech-savvy (particularly with Microsoft Office), and have a passion for healthy living and hospitality excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily Operations
      • Open the cafe by 6:00 AM and ensure all staff are punctual and properly dressed.
      • Supervise product preparation and timely delivery to corporate clients (e.g., Seplat, Total).
      • Monitor all digital platforms (Chowdeck, Glovo, Fitlife website) for product availability and order flow.
      • Ensure all orders are processed within 15 minutes and dispatched promptly using approved logistics partners.
    • Team Management
      • Enforce staff compliance with hygiene, dress code, and conduct standards.
      • Conduct uniform checks and ensure use of face masks and head coverings.
      • Oversee training of new hires and verify health clearance before food handling.
      • Address and report staff misconduct or insubordination immediately.
    • Customer Service
      • Ensure staff deliver excellent service and follow the approved phone greeting script.
      • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
      • Evaluate refund or replacement requests and consult owners when required.
    • Inventory & Reconciliation
      • Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile with back-office records.
      • Report spoilage and discrepancies to owners with justification.
      • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking (2 weeks ahead for imported items).
      • Reconcile POS, Paystack, and cooperative payments with the accountant.
    • End-of-Day Duties
      • Begin closing procedures by 6:30 PM and ensure café is locked and secured by 8:00 PM.
      • Supervise end-of-day inventory count and set production targets for the next day.
      • Ensure cleanliness of all equipment, fridges, and workspaces before closing.
    • Technology & Reporting
      • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and reconciliation.
      • Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and social media platforms for content creation and engagement.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive team environment.

    Working Conditions
    Working Hours and Flexibility:

    • Standard Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
    • Flexibility: May include extended hours, overtime, and public holidays based on business needs.

    • Avoid loud conversations and over-familiarity with gym members or instructors.

    Office Assistant (Legal Clerk)

    Job Summary

    • This role is for an Office Assistant who would perform clerical, administrative and research tasks while assisting in researching legal issues, assisting in the preparation of legal documents.

    Responsibilities

    • · Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g., photocopying, filing, scanning, organizing documents).
    • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, contracts, and letters.
    • Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical.

    Technical Operator Support

    Job Summary

    • Technical Operator Support will be responsible for operation of the equipment and optimal production process for filling and packaging of cosmetic products according to safety, quality and production order.

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate standard operating procedures to run equipment and ensure compliance.
    • Relate firsthand information to superior in a precise and timely manner.
    • He ensures he works with production plan as communicated by the production team lead.
    • Trouble shoot and fix equipment related fault, call for technical intervention when deemed necessary.
    • Perform regular cleaning of the equipment when out of base condition.
    • In his area of responsibility, he ensures the compliance of the defined quality of the products in line with standards.
    • Support on implementation of quality systems in close contact with the quality team.
    • Responsible for safety compliance in his area.

    Requirements

    • ND / HND in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering is required
    • 1 – 3 years of experience in cosmetic industries.
    • Knowledge in MS Office
    • Attention to detail with good troubleshooting skills.

    Benefits
    Salary: N165,000 Monthly, HMO, 13th month, Pension and Lunch.

    HR & Administrative Executive

    Summary

    • The HR & Administrative Executive will oversee a broad range of administrative responsibilities to support the Managing Director and the wider organization, while also coordinating employee-related matters such as onboarding, leave management, and staff engagement.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative Duties:

    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth organizational operations.
    • Compose and prepare correspondence; monitor and respond to emails; conduct background research on organizations and individuals as needed.
    • Organize and maintain meeting files; schedule and calendar meetings including venue, timing, participants, and logistics.
    • Prepare expense reports, and departmental logistics.

    Qualifications & Skills
