    Business Segment Manager, CTR

    Job Description

    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, identify market opportunities and align service offerings to meet customer needs with the aim to expand the CTR portfolio.
    • Oversee revenue growth initiatives through market expansion, client acquisition, and service differentiation.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and threats.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related fields).
    • MBA or advanced management qualification is preferred.
    • Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in the oil and gas sector with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong background in casing and tubular running services is essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of oilfield casing and tubular running operations.
    • Proven track record in business development and operations management.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the marginal field segment.
    • Stay updated on Nigerian oil & gas regulations, NUPRC policies, and local content requirements affecting marginal field operations.
    • Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations to the CSMO
    • Identify bid/tender opportunities with marginal field operators and ensure timely submission of competitive proposals.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
    • MBA or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in business development, technical sales or account management in the oil & gas servicing industry.
    • Previous engagement with marginal field operators and independent producers in Nigeria.

    Executive Accounts Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for assigned customer activity forecast in system of record and rig chart update.
    • Identify sales leads and opportunities.
    • Promote development of cross-BU and integrated opportunities.
    • Develop, own and update Sales Account Plan, aligned with overall Company and BU drivers.
    • Coordinate the Company’s executive visits with customer.
    • Own and maintain master/global service agreements between OEMs and customers

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical / Petroleum / Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
    • Previous exposure to assigned account.
    • Strong customer relationship acumen. 
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Ability to identify and deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs.
    • Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Good Written and oral communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft suite)

    Wireline Operations Coordinator

    Job Description

    • The Wireline Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and coordination of wireline operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
    • Develop detailed job plans, ensuring compliance with client requirements and the organisation’s operational standards.
    • Provide technical insights and solutions to address client challenges and requirements.
    • Oversee the maintenance and readiness of wireline equipment and tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of eight years of field experience supervising wireline operations, including gun loading and tools.
    • Valid IWCF/IADC certification and relevant wireline certifications.
    • Experience managing wireline operations, including proficiency regarding inventory management, costing and proposal creation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
