Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, identify market opportunities and align service offerings to meet customer needs with the aim to expand the CTR portfolio.
Oversee revenue growth initiatives through market expansion, client acquisition, and service differentiation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related fields).
MBA or advanced management qualification is preferred.
Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in the oil and gas sector with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in casing and tubular running services is essential.
In-depth knowledge of oilfield casing and tubular running operations.
Proven track record in business development and operations management.
