    Business Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is in search of a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client, customer, and employee satisfaction.
    • The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations.
    • The business manager will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and ushering in a new era of growth.

    Objectives

    • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
    • Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives.
    • Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.
    • Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners.
    • Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for company.
    • Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines
    • Provide data analytics of sales, distributors, and partners to relevant management teams
    • Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
    • Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
    • Participate in development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy
    • Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a business management or similar role.
    • Experience in developing business strategy.
    • Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes.
    • Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development.
    • Strong ability with database and information systems software.
    • Experience in data analysis.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends.

    Remuneration

    • N500,000 Monthly (equity inclusive).

    Data Entry Officer / Uploader

    Responsibilities

    • Collecting information from customers and clients
    • Entering data into the central database
    • Cataloging the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
    • Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
    • Retrieving data as requested
    • Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
    • Generating periodic reports
    • Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (PO)s.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in data entry, office administration, secretarial or related role.
    • Minimum of one year experience in these areas through an internship or an apprenticeship.
    • Strong background working with computers and dealing with large amounts of information.
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • In-depth knowledge of database systems
    • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
    • Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
    • General administration skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Great interpersonal and customer service skills.

    Remuneration

    • N150,000 monthly (gross) depending on experience (Negotiable).

    Full Stack Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Developing front end website architecture.
    • Experience with Php, Laravel, my sql and javascript.
    • Designing user interactions on web pages.
    • Developing back end website applications.
    • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
    • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
    • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
    • Staying up to date of developments in web applications and programming languages. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
    • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
    • Write effective APIs

    Standard Operating Procedures

    • Develop, review and maintain media related policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Responsible for conducting regular research and liaising with professionals, internal and external stakeholders across various industries to ensure best practices in the organisation.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
    • Minimum of 3+ years as a full stack developer
    • Previous experience ion the media industry or a fast paced Organisation
    • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of project delivery methodology
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Possesses written and oral communication skills to support decisions and recommendations
    • Conducts meetings and provides effective team-player-spirit to team members
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated analytical skills
    • Strong team-player skills
