    Business Manager

    Role Description

    • The Business Manager role at Auldon Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store and business operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer experience. The Business Manager will analyze performance data, set targets, and implement strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. They will coordinate staff schedules, provide leadership and coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves collaborating with senior management on budgeting, reporting, vendor relationships, and initiatives that enhance brand presence and market growth.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated skills in business operations, store management, and performance analysis.
    • 5 years' Experience in sales management, customer service oversight, and relationship building with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and maintain effective vendor and supplier relations.
    • Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution.
    • Proficiency with basic financial reporting, budgeting, and use of business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, POS systems).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage diverse customer groups.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant retail or consumer goods experience is an advantage.
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
