    Business Development & Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development & Marketing Manager will spearhead growth initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to expand the company’s footprint in the fashion and e-commerce sector.
    • The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong experience in business development, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with fashion brands, influencers, online marketplaces, and logistics partners to drive sales and brand visibility.
    • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new customer segments and expand into new geographic markets.
    • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, paid ads, email, and PR.
    • Oversee SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and content marketing to increase qualified traffic and conversion.
    • Work with the design and merchandising team to align product offerings with customer demand and fashion trends.
    • Support business pitches, stakeholder reports, and growth plans for investors.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • 2–5 years’ proven experience in business development, marketing, or brand managementwithin fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, close partnerships, and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify(or other e-commerce platforms).
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

    Salary
    N500,000 - N800,000 Monthly (depending on experience).

    Data Entry & Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Data Entry & Admin Officer will support the organization’s data management and records function, ensuring employee information is accurately maintained, properly digitized, and easily retrievable.
    • This role is critical to enhancing operational efficiency by maintaining structured, compliant, and confidential records within the HR systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Update and maintain employee data in HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Digitize, organize, and archive employee records for easy retrieval and compliance.
    • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all personnel records and documentation.
    • Support the HR team with data-related reporting and administrative tasks as required.
    • Contribute to strengthening overall operational efficiency through effective record management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Reliable, consistent, and meticulous in handling documentation.
    • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.

    • Accuracy and completeness of data entry.
    • Timeliness of record updates and retrieval.
    • Compliance with confidentiality and record-keeping standards.
    • Contribution to smooth HR and administrative operations.
