    Business Development Manager (Construction / Manufacturing)

    Job Summary:

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that the company is abreast of market realities and requirements and customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased.
    • Also, s/he would be responsible for generating sales on existing services, developing new lines of businesses, ensuring sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities.
    • The ideal candidate for this role should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
    • Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
    • Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
    • Maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
    • Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
    • Conduct in-depth research on competitors products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
    • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
    • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of the Company’s products.
    • Meet sales revenue targets.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
    • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
    • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
    • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
    • Previous quantifiable experience in Product and Service sales in Construction or similar industry is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in business-to business sales.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation and consultative sales skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
    • Effective communication skills – including both verbal and written.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven by targets
    • Commercial awareness.

    Senior Wealth Manager (Digital Investment Solutions Company)

    Job Summary:

    • The company is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively communicating the benefits of our investment product.
    • S/he will be responsible for raising capital from various sources to fuel the growth of our investment venture while exceeding investment portfolio targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing Investments.
    • Identifying target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new funds to the Company.
    • Leading a team to develop and implement business plans to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposits and also manage withdrawal attrition.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
    • Experience in the financial services/FinTech industry or related investment sectors.
    • Proven track record in fundraising and mobilizing funds for investment products, startups, or financial ventures, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience mobilizing investments exceeding portfolio targets is highly desirable.
    • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a strong network of potential investors.
    • Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and investment trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close investment deals successfully.
    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.
    • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling investor relationships and sensitive financial information.
