    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary: 

    • You will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, managing the firm’s opportunity pipeline, and supporting partners with market intelligence, pitch preparation, and client development. You will help position the firm as a trusted legal partner for businesses, investors, founders, regulators, and corporate decision-makers.

    Description

    • Develop and execute a business development plan aligned with the firm’s growth priorities, practice areas, and target sectors.
    • Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, technology, fintech, energy, maritime, manufacturing, international trade, and dispute resolution markets.
    • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, active opportunities, referrals, and strategic accounts.
    • Source and engage prospective clients through direct outreach, referrals, events, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.
    • Manage follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to improve conversion and client retention.
    • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, credentials documents, capability statements, and client presentations.
    • Coordinate partner input for proposals, RFPs, consultations, and client-facing materials.
    • Conduct market research on target sectors, client needs, regulatory developments, competitor positioning, and emerging business opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect lists, opportunity trackers, client interaction notes, and BD reports.
    • Track BD performance against agreed KPIs including qualified opportunities, proposal success rate, sales cycle length, CRM accuracy, and client feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in business development, client relationship management, partnerships, or commercial growth.
    • Experience in professional services firm, consulting firm, financial services, technology, or B2B advisory environment is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrable experience managing sales pipelines, proposals, client accounts, CRM tools, MS Office and business development reporting.
    • Strong writing, presentation, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary: 

    • You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, documentation, internal support, and general operational efficiency. You will help maintain a professional, well-organized, and client-ready office environment that enables staff and business teams to work effectively.

    Description

    • Manage daily administrative activities across the office.
    • Ensure the office environment is organized, functional, clean, and professional.
    • Coordinate office opening, closing, meeting room readiness, visitor reception, and general workplace support.
    • Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment, utilities, and consumables.
    • Coordinate vendors, service providers, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, security, internet, and office equipment support.
    • Obtain quotations, compare vendor options, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
    • Maintain organized administrative files, office records, contracts, correspondence, and internal documents.
    • Assist with preparing letters, memos, reports, meeting notes, and administrative trackers.
    • Coordinate travel bookings, transport arrangements, accommodation, courier services, and official errands.
    • Support staff onboarding logistics, including workstation readiness, ID cards, access, equipment, and basic office orientation.
    • Maintain accurate administrative trackers and periodic admin reports.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, operations support, facilities coordination, or executive/admin support.
    • Experience in a consulting firm, professional services firm, or corporate office is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email tools, filing systems, office equipment, and basic reporting.
    • Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to manage vendors, office supplies, records, logistics, and administrative expenses.
    • High level of discretion, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
