Job Summary
- We’re seeking a data-driven Business Development Manager to drive tenant acquisition and connect manufacturers of chilled/frozen products to last-mile retail demand.
What You’ll Do
- Map local retail ecosystems and identify supply gaps
- Turn data into compelling B2B sales pitches
- Secure long-term pallet lease commitments
- Drive hub expansion strategy and demand pipelines
- Own CRM tracking and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B sales/business development (FMCG, logistics, or supply chain preferred)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage pipelines
- CRM proficiency and strategic thinking.
