Sales & Marketing Executive at Megalectrics

Role Summary

• We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth across our Radio/Digital platforms.
• You’ll own client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and develop marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and ad sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising/sponsorship deals for radio, and digital assets.
• Account Management: Retain and grow existing client accounts. Prepare proposals, media plans, and rate cards.
• Marketing: Support the design and execution of campaigns, promos, and brand activations to boost listenership/viewership.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience data to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Reporting: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and report pipeline, conversions, and client feedback to management.

Requirements

Education:

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in media sales, agency sales, or FMCG/brand sales. Media broadcasting experience is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong pitching & negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google/Zoho Workspace.
• Knowledge of media planning is a plus.
• Attributes: Target-driven, excellent communicator, presentable, and comfortable with client meetings, events, and travel.
