    Business Development Executive

    Our client, a reputable firm is looking for a suitable & qualified candidate to fill the role of a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    JOB SUMMARY

    This role requires successful candidates perform the following functions:

    • Establish relationship with existing client and new client.
    • Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
    • Engage and inform business owners in meaningful financial investment opportunities
    • Increase firm growth in loans and Investment sales.
    • Create new leads pipeline and follow through.
    • Plan, implement and leads field sales.

    RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    • Establish relationship with existing client and new client.
    • Develops business relationships directly and through referral base
    • Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
    • Track complaints from the Firm’s clients to resolution.
    • Participate in matter to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction
    • Prospecting, making calls and following up.
    • Secure customer application from start to finish.
    • Improve sales presentation and knowledge of products, services and rates.

    INCREASE SALES PORTFOLIO

    • Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and business development program to increase awareness.
    • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.
    • Engage and inform business owners in meaningful financial investment opportunities.
    • Meet and increase financial sales target by 10%
    • Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of well-diversified leads
    • Create new leads pipeline and follow through.
    • Develop presentations, write proposals and sales contacts
    • Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
    • Increase firm growth in loans and Investment sales.
    • Monitor collection of loan
    • Provide advice to client on investment opportunities.
    • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
    • Plan, implement and leads field sales.
    • Acquire new customers by conducting door-to-door canvas, appointment.
    • Contact customers and follow-up on fund utilization.

    REPORTING

    • Monitor competitor activity, client and company, sector and geographic trends, draw conclusions, assess implications and prepare marketing and research reports.
    • Prepare analysis of sales proposals for client presentations.
    • Track and report BD growth
    • Maintain record keeping and reporting of all sales and after-sales
    • Share valuable feedback (based on your conversations with prospects) to guide sales roadmap and improve end customer experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing and other related field.
    • Must have 5 years cognate experience in business development in Loan and Investment.
    • Strong Business Acumen.
    • Relevant experience in sales and track record of achieving sales, financial targets

    Territory Sales Manager - Horeca (Chemical)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality, or quantity.
    • Strategic Responsibility - To facilitate FRT in the development of sales strategy/policy, processes, and procedure. To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
    • To identify consumer base in the given industrial segment, approach and promote the given product range, build the sale, and service the account regularly.
    • Day to Day Management - To manage the day-to-day operations of the sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards.
    • To make daily multiple customer visits for sales development for assigned product and industry segments and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
    • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
    • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure a smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
    • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, the scope of new product development, and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e., market information report, market threats, and competitor’s initiatives, etc. to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
    • Sales Growth Targets - To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
    • To develop dealer networks in each state as per assigned territory/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.
    • Customer Relationship - To develop a good customer base, manage customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
    • Key Accounts - To focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional teams/management where appropriate to ensure a prompt solution to their satisfaction.
    • To build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
    • Budget - To prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
    • To monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and re-order level for the product as well as packaging.
    • People Management - Manages effective communication by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, providing formal and informal feedback on performance and training needs - in order to maximize subordinate and department performance.
    • To develop second-line successor and drive performance through the team to take up higher challenges.
    • Reporting - To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.

    Job Requirements

    • Graduate Degree/ HND in Business Administration, MBA (Preferred)
    • Experience of Minimum 4 - 5 Years in HORECA business.
    • Well exposed to HORECA Sales and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
    • Excessive traveling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
    • As per the need of the business, the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.

    Sales Executive

    Location: Alimosho, Lagos

    Core Responsibilities
    Sales Executive will:

    • Develop innovative strategies for sales of custom-designed merchandise and pricing models.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Plan and host a broad program of activities and create weekly updates and reports.
    • Create a strategy for the production of more merchandise for sales in line with achieving the total revenue targets for the year.
    • Charge a consultancy fee to Organizations wishing to leverage our experience and build their own studio including tailoring solutions for their needs and audience.
    • Promote and rent out the virtual learning studio to Organizations and individuals to host training and interactive virtual events.
    • Research for viable investment opportunities, such as mutual funds, money market, foreign exchange, etc.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales customer support.
    • Establish relationships with verified investment organizations.
    • Manage the Windows presence on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other similar sites, including sharing, posting, and developing unique content that builds mutual understanding between the United States and Nigeria.
    • Operate and maintain computer and digital equipment such as tablets, laptops, cameras, and 3D printers; set up equipment for interactive online programming using network connections and Wi-Fi.

    Qualifications
    The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

    • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Management or any other relevant field. This position is full-time, working on a varying schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
    • A minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Experience working with youth audiences.
    • Proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive, or a relevant role.
    • Experience with social media management and content creation
    • Skill in prioritizing work assignments to handle multiple tasks; ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
    • Ability to plan and maintain a budget and accurate records
    • Ability to work in a multicultural setting and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds
    • Experience with customer service, administration, and logistics.
    • Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence in English
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Time management and planning skills.

    Salary
    N1,020,000 Per annum.
