Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the Project Head to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity surveying activities, including measuring and estimating quantities of materials, labor, and resources required for construction projects.
• Prepare accurate BOQ documents detailing the quantities and specifications of materials and labor needed for each stage of construction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, addressing any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications, with a focus on quality control.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
