Compensation

• N200,000 - N250,000 plus 20% Commission.

•  The role involves supervising site activities, managing materials, and delivering durable structures.

Job Description

• Execute construction works per approved drawings
• Supervise on-site activities and artisans
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Monitor project timelines and enforce safety standards
• Carry out finishing works (block work, plastering, concreting, fittings)
• Liaise with site engineers and project managers
• Ensure quality control and compliance with building standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Builder on construction sites
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret building drawings
• Experience supervising site workers
• Physically fit with attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
