    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.

    Compensation

    • N200,000 - N250,000 plus 20% Commission.
