    Business Development / Corporate Coms Lead

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Support:

    • Assist the GMD in developing and implementing short and medium-term strategies.
    • Participate in the formulation of the short- and medium-term Group strategy; to set up corresponding goals and progress plan; to ensure implementation, providing solutions to issues.

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, supporting services, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.
    • Review the weekly activity reports of the other companies within the group to ensure they are achieving their objectives.

    Financial Performance:

    • Research and identify opportunities to improve cash flow, oversee budget preparation, maintain budgets, optimize expenses, and manage other financial activities for external clients.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Support sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and manage relationships with key clients.
    • Lead the development of the business linkages between the production facilities and the farmers, processors, and markets within the countries and outside the continent
    • Has a global scope over the activities of all the companies within the group by providing support, managing, and developing sales, financial, and operational activities.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards and manage potential risks to the company

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate teams, ensuring effective performance and development of staff.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and support corporate services activities; ensure employees work productively and develop professionalism.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the board, employees, and external partners.
    • Create and maintain a sustainability plan that ensures that the business is profitable and addresses the social and economic realities in the communities in which it operates.
    • Meet and liaise with relevant government officials, potential investors, the private sector, donors, and development partners active in the agricultural value chain.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Livestock Production, Animal Science, or Agribusiness Management. An MBA is required.
    • Extensive experience in a well-structured and viable organization, or the livestock industry, with a strong track record of success in senior management roles.

    Skills:

    • Leadership, strategic planning, financial management, operations management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of the business consulting industry, relevant regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in managing a teams
    • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

    Human Resources (HR) Consultant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Consultant to lead the delivery of HR consulting and outsourcing services for external clients, while also overseeing the internal HR strategy and its seamless integration with IT Operations.
    • This executive-level role requires a forward-thinking professional who can balance people strategy, compliance, and technology enablement, ensuring that HR functions are optimized, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.
    • The ideal candidate will serve as both a trusted advisor to client executives and a key driver of internal HR–IT collaboration, leveraging HR technology to transform operations, enhance employee experiences, and strengthen organizational performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive HR Consulting & Client Advisory:

    • Serve as the lead consultant for client organizations, engaging directly with C-suite executives and boards to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide executive-level HR outsourcing services including strategic workforce planning, succession planning, executive recruitment, and organizational development.
    • Lead the design and implementation of HR policies, governance frameworks, and employee handbooks tailored to each client’s unique industry, size, and regulatory context.
    • Conduct comprehensive HR and compliance audits, advising leadership on labor laws, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
    • Partner with client IT teams to implement HR technology solutions (HRIS, payroll systems, digital onboarding platforms) that improve efficiency and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
    • Facilitate executive coaching, leadership development, and talent retention strategies for senior management teams.

    Internal HR Leadership & HR–IT Integration:

    • Direct and oversee the entire HR function of the company, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and seamless integration with IT-enabled processes.
    • Collaborate with IT Operations leadership to design, implement, and maintain HR technology systems that support digital employee records, payroll automation, compliance tracking, and HR analytics.
    • Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives that align talent management with long-term corporate strategy.
    • Oversee internal performance appraisal systems, employee engagement programs, succession planning, and leadership development pipelines.
    • Champion workplace culture by embedding company values, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring HR and IT policies reinforce inclusion, collaboration, and data security.
    • Act as the senior point of contact for all escalated employee relations, compliance issues, and HR technology adoption challenges.

    Strategic Reporting, Data, and Compliance:

    • Drive a data-driven HR strategy by generating executive dashboards, HR analytics, and IT-integrated reports that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, HR standards, and IT security regulations, including GDPR, NDPR, and other relevant data privacy laws.
    • Provide regular executive reports to company leadership and client boards, highlighting HR performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
    • Oversee documentation, governance, and audit readiness across both client-facing and internal HR operations.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development is an added advantage.
    • Certification: Relevant HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is required. Certification in HRIS or related IT/tech systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) is highly desirable.
    • Experience: 8–10 years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a active team leadership or executive capacity. Proven experience in both HR operations and HR technology/HRIS systems is required.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HR software platforms, data analytics, and HR–IT integration models. Familiarity with digital transformation in HR, workflow automation, and HR analytics dashboards.
    • Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to advise executives, develop HR strategies aligned with corporate goals, and lead HR technology-enabled transformations.
    • Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, advisory, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at the executive level. Strong capacity to manage multi-client projects in fast-paced environments.

    Salary
    N450,000 - N500,000 / Month.
