    Business Development Associate

    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential clients to generate sales leads.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

    Requirements

    Accountant

    About the Role

    • We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory & Invoice Preparation: Handles all inventories and prepare monthly and quarterly invoices.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
    • Monitor budgets and expenditures and assist in financial planning
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns
    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
    • Provide financial analysis and advice to management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an accountant
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws
    • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, zoho or similar softwares.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
